Later, as COO for Palmetto Behavioral Health System, Turner ushered 600 employees in a 231-bed system to meet and exceed targets for quality, performance, admissions and source referrals. In his many executive roles, Turner has consistently upgraded clinical competencies, upheld standards, and maximized compliance, whether to HIPAA, to National Patient Safety Goals, or to a host of licensure authorities. Turner is unmatched in maintaining both employee and client satisfaction while enhancing performance and quality indicators and meeting targeted budgetary goals.
