Kambria Hittelman, Psy.D. EXECUTIVE CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Kambria Hittelman, Psy.D. is the Executive Clinical Director at Malibu Beach Recovery Centers, bringing over a decade of experience as an addiction treatment clinician and recovery programming executive to the West Coast’s leading provider of neuroscience-driven addiction treatment for men and women.

Dr. Hittelman oversees all clinical programs and operations at Malibu Beach Recovery Centers residential programs, including the Corral Canyon House for men in recovery, Brentwood House for women in recovery, and Latigo House addiction services, as well as the outpatient programs in Pacific Palisades.

After earning her Psy.D in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco, Dr. Hittelman was staff psychologist and later clinical coordinator at Interfaith Medical Center’s acute inpatient psychiatric facility in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Later she became clinical director of an addiction recovery center in California and was quickly promoted to executive director. In that role, she oversaw several residential treatment facilities, introduced new programming and led the process to expand the center’s psychiatric treatment capabilities.

In addition to her professional experience, Hittelman has personal experience with addiction, having seen a close family member struggle with alcoholism and achieve long-term sobriety.
David Baron, DO, MS.Ed, DLFAPA, DFACN ADMINISTRATIVE MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. David Baron is Administrative Medical Director of Malibu Beach Recovery Centers. He is a Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine. Dr. Baron’s other roles at USC include serving as Assistant Dean of International Relations for the Keck School of Medicine and Director of the Global Center for Exercise, Psychiatry and Sports. He is conducting research on concussions and traumatic brain injuries in the NFL.

Dr. Baron received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his Master of Science in Education from USC. He trained in bioethics at Georgetown University and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and has served as the National Institute of Mental Health’s bioethics representative at NIH. Dr. Baron’s past experience includes:

In addition, Dr. Baron has published over 80 research papers and articles, authored or co-authored 12 books and is a sought after speaker who has presented at over 400 national and international conferences and events. While chairman of psychiatry at Temple University, he headed the Physician Health Program for the State of Pennsylvania, and created a model addiction treatment program in the Pocono Mountains.
Tiffany Dzioba, PsyD, LMFT CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Tiffany Dzioba, PsyD is the Clinical Director at Malibu Beach Recovery Centers. Dr. Dzioba has oversight of all clinical programming at each of the treatment facilities. Her responsibilities include clinical program development, clinical supervision, staff training, crisis management, and quality assurance.

Dr. Dzioba received a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of San Diego, and a doctorate degree in psychology from Alliant International University, San Diego. She has clinical and program management experience in outpatient, residential, and psychiatric inpatient settings.

Dr. Dzioba has over a decade’s experience providing treatment to individuals with addiction, severe depression, anxiety, self-injurious behaviors, severe mental illness, trauma, and eating disorders. She is knowledgeable and skilled with various treatment approaches for recovery. Dr. Dzioba is passionate about implementing trauma-informed care practices into treatment, as well as attending to spirituality as it influences each individual’s recovery and wellness. She advocates for treatment that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
